Whole House Inspections start at 200.00 dollars and cover houses up to 2000 sqft, with an additional .10c per sqft after that.The whole house inspection includes a detailed inspection of all the components of the home.Complete site inspection to determine any drainage issuesRoof conditionOverhangsWall covering, i.e. siding, brick, stucco, etc.Plumbing, check every fixture for suffcient pressure, leaks and finish. Check all exposed drain lines and vents for leaks. Check Water pressure.Electric, check the service entrance, check load center and branch circuits. Check outlets for connection issues, operate fans, lights and other installed fixtures. Check wiring in attic for pest damage and generally ceck all checkable electric appliances for operablity.HVAC, check exposed ductwork for obvious leaks, operate system from thermostat.Check all windows and doors for operation.Make general comments about he condition of the house.
